Frequently asked questions

An answer sheet is a single printed sheet created from the QMR dashboard. Each time you generate a new printable sheet for an exam and round combination, it counts against your monthly answer sheet limit.
Each individual answer sheet processed through QMR — whether uploaded as an image file, as a page in a PDF, or photographed with your camera — counts as one scan.
Scanning is paused until your limit resets at the start of the next billing month, or until you upgrade to a higher plan.
Exam data, scan results, and statistics that exceed your plan’s storage period are deleted automatically. Upgrade to a plan with longer storage, or export your data to Excel before it expires.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
