QMR organizations are designed for team use. When you invite a colleague, they get access to the same exam library, student roster, and scan history as you — no need to duplicate work across separate accounts. This page explains how to send, track, and revoke invitations from the Team Invitations page.
Only pending invitations can be revoked. Once a teacher has accepted an invitation and joined your organization, the invitation cannot be withdrawn from this page. To remove a teacher from your organization after they have joined, use the organization settings instead.

Sending and managing invitations

1

Go to Team Invitations

In the teacher dashboard sidebar, click 팀원 초대 (Team Invitations). The page shows a table of all invitations your organization has sent, along with each invitation’s status and the name of the teacher who sent it.
2

Send an invitation

Click 초대 (Invite) in the top-right corner. An invitation dialog opens. Enter the email address of the teacher you want to add to your organization and confirm.QMR sends an invitation email to that address immediately. The new invitation appears in the table with a Pending (초대 대기) status.
3

Track invitation status

Each invitation in the table shows one of three statuses:
  • Pending (초대 대기) — the invitation email has been sent but the recipient has not yet accepted it.
  • Accepted (수락됨) — the recipient signed up or signed in and joined your organization.
  • Revoked (취소됨) — a pending invitation was cancelled before it was accepted.
4

Revoke a pending invitation

If you sent an invitation by mistake or want to cancel it before the recipient responds, click 취소 (Cancel) in the action column next to the pending invitation. A confirmation dialog appears — confirm to revoke it. The invitation status changes to Revoked and the recipient’s invitation link is invalidated.
5

Accepting an invitation (recipient's flow)

The invited teacher receives an email containing a unique invitation link. When they click the link, they are taken to qmr.kr where they can:
  • Sign up with a new QMR account (email/password or Google/Microsoft OAuth), or
  • Sign in to an existing QMR account.
After completing sign-in, they are automatically added to your organization and can access all shared exams and student data immediately.
